Call for Papers

The deadline to submit has passed, however, we’re still collecting papers for backup presentations.

Ten years ago, we set out to engage the SAP EAM community around solutions for the key issues organizations have been facing. After a few short years, the SAP-Centric EAM community became the community focal point for all things SAP EAM and hundreds of organizations have participated and benefited from this important initiative. Please consider participating in this tenth annual conference and community and share your best practices with a group of your peers.

Presentations should be structured around improving both effectiveness and efficiency of the Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management function that produce a step change in performance. Session topics can cover any aspect of SAP solutions for EAM or part of the eco-system of peripheral solutions that make SAP an effective EAM tool. Abstracts may include case studies, lessons learned, strategies, tips & tricks, and best practices.

Please review the list of Hot Topics for this year's conference.

Speaking at an Eventful Group event is an honorable commitment that brings incredible value not only to the event at hand, but also to the community which it serves. We sincerely appreciate our speakers and value the incredible contributions they make. We will cover round-trip coach airfare, hotel for two nights, and a complimentary conference pass for each primary customer speaker. Primary vendor speakers will get one complimentary conference pass. We look forward to hearing from you.

Please send us an abstract of 150 words or less, and a 100 word (maximum) speaker bio. Abstract titles must be 10 words or less. Abstracts with titles longer than 10 words will not be accepted. Please be sure all aspects of your submissions are accurate. If selected, this information will be published in the conference marketing material.

All abstracts submitted to the SAP-Centric EAM conference will be considered. You will be notified if your abstract is selected. You may submit an abstract for any of the session types included in the conference.
